The communication system SRL Mesh from SENA can be used equally for the current versions of our helmet models NEOTEC II, GT-AIR II and J-CRUISE II.

If an end user wishes to subsequently equip his/her first-generation NEOTEC II (production date before 19.03.2020) with an SRL Mesh communication system, the helmet can be sent to our service department for free modification of the lateral chin section liner after opening an RMA procedure. In this case, please select the problem description chain "Interior" > "Side Liner" > "Others" in the RMA system, add the note " Modification for SRL Mesh" in the free text field and enclose the end user's proof of purchase with the helmet next to the RMA document.
