DEFINITIONS USED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. An online store is the current website.
2. A user is anyone who has loaded this website in their browser.
3. An order is any individual request for the purchase of goods submitted electronically to this website.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

5. The content of the electronic store uses trademarks and brands, texts, images, etc., which are the subject of intellectual property. Their use for commercial, advertising or other public purposes through public distribution, copying or publication, the creation of derivative materials, as well as their display and reproduction without the express consent of Softcompany Ltd., is a violation of copyright and related rights.
GOODS
6. The offered goods are the property of Softcompany OOD.
7. The main characteristics of the goods are described on the page that presents them.
8. All stated prices include VAT and do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices are indicated separately and are determined by the courier company with which Softcompany OOD has a service contract.
9. When using the provided means of communication with Softcompany OOD, no additional value is charged.
10. Shopping in the e-store is done in several ways:
10.1. Shopping with registration. The user enters data to create a personal profile, which must include first and last name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Optionally, enter data for issuing an invoice. The order information contains a listing of the selected products. The user profile allows you to tag favorite products, check order status and view past orders. By registering, the customer actively chooses to accept these Terms.
10.2. Shopping without registration. The order information contains a listing of the selected products, first and last name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. Optionally, enter data for issuing an invoice. When purchasing without registration, the customer actively chooses to accept these Terms.
11. In the case of a request for an out-of-stock product, the user will be notified in a timely manner to the contact details provided by him.
12. If requested, the user will be notified promptly when the out-of-stock product is back in stock.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
13. Payment in the e-shop can be done in two ways:
13.1. Cash on delivery – the user pays for the goods upon receipt.
13.2. By bank transfer - the user pays for the goods in advance by transferring the amount to a bank account in UBB branch Mladost, BIC UBBSBGSF, IBAN BG22UBBS80021015778430 (BGN) / IBAN BG25UBBS80021436779910 (EUR), in favor of SOFCOMPANY OOD, and in the reason for payment enter the number of the payment made order. In this case, the confirmation of the completed bank transfer is accepted as the beginning of the request.
14. When making a purchase, the user can use a discount code issued by the e-store. Discount codes are a unique combination of letters and numbers and are valid subject to the terms and conditions for which they are issued. The discount included in them is deducted from the amount described in item 8 of these Terms.
14.1. The discount code is entered by the user immediately before confirming the order.
14.2. The e-store determines the terms and conditions under which each discount code can be used and the maximum value of the orders for which it is valid.
14.3. Only one discount code can be used per order.
14.4. In case of returning a product paid for with a discount code, it is deducted from the refundable amount.
DELIVERY
15. Deliveries are made only on the territory of Bulgaria and only through the SPIDI courier company.
16. For orders over BGN 200, delivery is free for the user and is only valid for orders placed through the online platform.
17. The delivery time is from 1 to 5 working days, starting from the date of sending the request. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. The terms of delivery with a fixed time are determined by the courier company. Requests sent after 14:00 PM are processed the next business day. Requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
18. Delivery is accepted by the person who placed the order.
19. When receiving a shipment, the user is obliged to check whether its contents correspond to the order placed. By paying the amount due and signing the delivery documents, the user gives his consent to the type and content of the shipment.
20. In case of a wrong shipment or a missing product, a new delivery date is scheduled, in which case the courier service is at the expense of Softcompany OOD.
21. Softcompany Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
COMPLAINTS PURCHASED GOODS
22. The user has the right to cancel his order, without giving reasons, within 1 hour of its confirmation.
23. The user has the right to refuse to receive the ordered goods if they are delivered after the agreed time for reasons beyond the user's control and not due to force majeure.
24. Purchased goods can be returned at the expense of the BUYER.
24.1. The right to return purchased goods cannot be exercised if they fall into one of the following categories: Underwear, Parts, Exchange.
24.2. When returning a purchased item, the user receives the full amount he paid for it (excluding shipping costs), but only on the condition that the item is in undamaged commercial condition, in its original packaging and with the label intact.
25. The user has the right to make a claim on any purchased product in the event of production or transport defects, missing elements or inconsistencies with the parameters stated in the order (item, model, color, size).
25.1. Complaints are submitted to an email address returns@edimotocenter.com or on site at the EDImotocenter store at the address: Sofia, 64 Okolovrasten Path Blvd.
25.2. A condition for accepting a complaint - except in the case of a manufacturing or transport defect - is that the goods are in undamaged commercial condition, in their original packaging and with the label intact.
25.3. When submitting a complaint, the user can choose between two options for compensation: replacing the received goods with a new one of the same or a different value, respectively against an additional payment or a refund of the difference, or returning the goods against a refund of the amount paid (which does not include those made by the BUYER shipping costs)
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
26. The user has the right:
26.1. To view and order products from the electronic store, refuse them and make complaints according to the terms and conditions specified therein.
26.2. To be informed about the status of your order.
26.3. To receive products at the delivery address specified in the request, after payment of the sale price in the order described in these Terms.
27. The user is obliged to:
27.1. To pay the price current at the time of placing the order, according to the order described in these Terms.
27.2. Not to violate the rights and freedoms of citizens according to the laws and regulations in force in the country and in the EU.
27.3. To comply with the rules for using the goods and services provided by this website.
27.4. Not to violate others' property or non-property absolute or relative rights and interests - such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.
27.5. To immediately notify Softcompany OOD and the relevant authorities in the event of a committed or discovered violation when using the provided services.
27.6. Not to commit malicious acts.
28. The e-store has the right:
28.1. Deny access to users.
28.2. To refuse orders if no costs have been incurred for them by the user. In this case, Softcompany Ltd. does not owe compensation to the user.
28.3. To edit at any time and without warning the content of the website in terms of prices, terms of use, products, services, information, etc. The new conditions come into force from the moment of their publication.
28.4. To use any comments, suggestions, ideas, etc. sent by the user without paying him compensation for it.
28.5. Store materials and information used on the server on which this website is located, or made available to third parties, and provide them to relevant government authorities - in cases where this is necessary to preserve rights and legal interests, property and security of Softcompany OOD, - as well as to provide them to third parties in the event of claims in connection with the violation of their rights or at the request of state authorities pursuant to an express legal provision.
28.6. Terminate or modify the services provided at any time without notice to the user in case he violates these Terms.
29. The e-shop does not carry a disclaimer:
29.1. For the way the user uses the goods and services provided.
29.2. For the accuracy and integrity of the published information.
29.3. For any damages (including - but not limited to - lost profits and loss of information) arising from the use or inability to use the e-shop.
29.4. For possible differences in the colors of the purchased products due to the specifics of computer screens. The request to purchase a product is taken as an express consent regarding its type and quality.
29.5. For damages suffered and lost profits resulting from the alteration, termination or limitation of services, deletion, modification, unreliability, inaccuracy or incompleteness of messages and materials transmitted, used, recorded or made available through this website.
29.6. For damages caused to software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, as well as for loss of data arising from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the services offered.
29.7. For the advice and consultations provided by the employees of the electronic store in connection with the use of the goods and services offered.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
30. The user voluntarily provides the personal information necessary to fulfill his request. User information is not provided to third parties, except in the cases described above.
31. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete user data are cancelled.
32. The e-shop:
32.1. It does not require personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
32.2. Automatically collects hardware and software information, including IP address, browser type, access hours, web addresses, etc.
33. The identification of the user and his actions when using the electronic store is done through his IP address.
HYPERLINKS
34. The owner of this website is not responsible for the content of the published hyperlinks and for the way they use the user's personal data.

35. The user can at any time state his consent or refusal to receive commercial messages by e-mail.
