The 6D-sensor works by continuously monitoring and evaluating the current dynamic state of the motorcycle, enhancing safety and stability during braking. Also, this level of ABS technology is unmatched, providing precise and efficient stopping power with the highest level of safety.

DOMINATE THE DIRT
For the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R, Offroad ABS is automatically toggled when you've selected Offroad or Rally Mode. This means ABS functionality is reduced on the front wheel, and completely deactivated on the rear, allowing riders to slide the back-end into a corner. Simply put - more braking power and control in the dirt when you need it, with the ability to shred the trail when you don't.

In addition, the structure below the fairing makes use of 2 forged aluminum brackets that provide maximum stiffness to the front mask, windshield, and instrument tower. This, along with using in-mold graphics for durability and a high front fender to keep the front wheel rotating freely in heavy dirt, makes the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R ready for any adventure.

The 2025 KTM 890 ADVENTURE R flies its undeniable KTM R and READY TO RACE colors with all-new white, orange, and blue graphics. The graphics are produced with in-mold technology instead of stickers raising the level of finish and durability.
PLAIN SAILING
Despite its shorter windshield, the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R serves a dual function. On the one hand, the lower profile allows the rider to move around the bike freely when standing on the pegs - and offers an unobstructed view ahead. On the other, and together with the bodywork, provides aerodynamically optimized protection from windblast while barrelling down the highway to the next trail.
COMMAND CONTROL
A state-of-the-art full 5" TFT display keeps you informed with everything you need to know about the machine below you. Each function is illustrated by an infographic of the motorcycle to directly show the user the relevant field of adjustment. An optically bonded mineral glass display ensures optimum scratch and glare resistance. Now standard for 2025, the Connectivity Unit allows the connection between the KTM connect app and the TFT via Bluetooth for Turn-by-Turn+ navigation, music, incoming calls, and quick access to KTM roadside assistance.
FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
With tank spoilers and rear side panels slightly wider than the seat, hardcore offroad riding is easier thanks to improved rider movement. This also helps with reduced wear and tear on the seat, while the slim shape of the fuel tank is optimized for precise handling and control when standing on the pegs.

ENGINEERED TO RIDE
The overall geometry of the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R was developed for light handling, and comfort on long distance exploration missions - with unchallenged offroad capability. Strength was a big consideration in the design, so a tubular Chromoly steel frame is used with the engine acting as a stressed member to reduce weight and overall size. All design and engineering innovations are focused on being compact and light.

Featuring a lightweight and solid construction, the subframe is fully-loaded for adventure. The motorcycle beneath you needs to be built to last. The steel trellis subframe was developed to be compact, lightweight and also strong enough to carry a full load of luggage as well as a passenger under the hardest conditions while extreme adventure riding.
